Thought Leadership case study: Construction Insure
Today on the blog we are talking about Thought Leadership and specifically how PR can help any professional position themselves as an expert in their field.
Media relations can be a highly effective tool when it comes to building professional credibility. Through media coverage professionals can build their own reputation within their industry and strengthen their relationships with new and existing clients.
One recent example we have been working on at London PR is a project with north London based Mark Herbert, who runs specialist insurance broker ConstructionInsure.co.uk.
Our brief was to raise Mark’s profile through well targeted media coverage. Three months on and we’ve achieved 57 pieces of coverage with 36 quality links for our client including articles in the Daily Express, Insurance Times and Insurance Business.
Notably, Mark’s efforts to push for HM Treasury to introduce legislation preventing price comparison sites from offering their service to contractors attracted the attention of the insurance press and Government officials, who thanked him in a response.
