You are able to visit our website without revealing any personal information about yourself.  If you wish to enquire about our services, we will collect data from you via our contact form on this site.

We will collect further personal data from you upon enquiry and/or engagement of our services when you provide it to us directly.

This information may include contact information (e.g. your name, email address, prone number details, company details, biographical data, photography and financial data.  This information will only be collected with your consent.

We do not hold any credit card details. 

Why do we need this data?

We need this data in order to provide our clients with the services in which we have been engaged.  This includes sharing your data with third party media outlets (newspapers, their online sites, radio and TV channels, magazines and influencers/bloggers etc.).

We also need you data for operational purposes i.e. billing.

How do we keep your data secure?

London PR will retain client personal data for as long the client is engaged with London PR.

Any physical copies of digital data we hold is kept in our secure filing system accessed only by the London PR’s Operations team.
