The truth is that we don’t see our guarantee as a risk. We happen to think that PR agencies shouldn’t be billing clients unless they get results – but sadly our view isn’t shared by many in the industry.

That means they’ll get more coverage than if they bought an ad (and remember independent studies have shown that editorial content is three times as effective as advertising). If we fail to deliver we will waive our fees. But that won’t happen because we always deliver. Most of our clients enjoy national media coverage worth many times more than their spend with us. The guarantee is just our way of putting our money where our mouth is and letting clients know how motivated we are to get fantastic results for them. We think that’s the way PR should be.
